Aluminum Powder Coating
Powder Coating is a kind of coating that is used as a dry powder. The main difference between a conventional paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and fillers in the liquid form of the slurry. The coating is typically electrostatically applied and cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a uniform coating. The powder can be a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is more resistant than conventional paint. The powder coating is mainly used for coating metals and aluminum such as aluminum profiles, household appliances, aluminum extruded, tumbler parts and car and bicycle parts.
